Further Detail About The Apartment
   

We have a modern first floor 2-bedroomed centrally heated apartment which sleeps 4-6 people. The apartment is situated within a development which has its own swimming pool (25 x 15m) and paddling pool. The sandy Mediterranean beach of St Cyprien-Plage is a short drive or approximately 15 minutes walk away and the Aqualand water leisure park is nearby.

Off the entrance hall is a twin-bedded room, bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate toilet. A double bedroom leads off the living room. The living room has a kitchen area with electric hob, small oven and grill, microwave, automatic washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table with four chairs, two stools, a double bed settee and two easy chairs. Full length glass doors lead onto a terrace which has two patio tables and six chairs.

The living room and both bedrooms each have full length windows, the top half of the bedroom windows can be opened and the living room window slides open onto the terrace. There are wind-up full-length shutters to each window which have the facility to provide ventilation in the closed position.

Bed linen comprising of a duvet cover, sheet and rectangular pillow covers is included but towels are not provided. Charges for electricity and water are included. There is also a travel cot but no bedding.
   
This shows the outlook from the terrace over a central tiled area, which is not used by traffic, to the mature trees and grassland at the far side of the development.
This bedroom leads off the hall, which has storage cupboards running down one side of it. There are two single beds and each has a bedside table and lamp.
The bathroom contains a bath and matching basin with shower over the bath. There is a separate WC.
In the double bedroom there is a bedside table, lamp and mat on each side of the bed. The bookcase on the left has two drawers; there is a full length cupboard adjacent to the window.
This is the dining and kitchen area of the living room. There is a table, four chairs and two stools. The kitchen contains a microwave and small oven with grill on the left; stainless steel sink, worktop and hob over a cupboard, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is an extractor fan and cooker hood.
Another view of the living room which in addition to the sofa bed has two easy chairs. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace.
 
There are two reserved parking spaces. The local amenities on the complex are usually open mid-June to mid-September.
